Malaysia (West)	2-4 Business Days
Malaysia (East - Sabah/Sarawak)	3-7 Business Days
International	7-14 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the shipping date, not the order date. Delays may occur due to peak seasons, customs, or courier issues.

3. Courier Partners
We work with trusted partners including SPX, Pos Laju, J&T Express, Flash Express, and DHL eCommerce for wholesale/bulk shipments.

4. B2B / Wholesale & Bulk Orders
Bulk orders may be shipped in multiple parcels or via cargo/freight. For large B2B orders, our team will contact you with the freight quotation and estimated timeline before dispatch.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email. You can track your shipment directly on the courier's website or through the tracking link in your Shopify order confirmation.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.

7. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Parcels
Please ensure your shipping address, postcode, and phone number are accurate. Al Rubab is not responsible for parcels delayed or returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer. Any re-shipping fees will be borne by the customer.

8. Damaged, Lost or Stolen Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and item(s).
