At Al Rubab Fashion, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Window

You have 7 days from the date you received your order to request a return or exchange. Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility For Return - For Fashion Items

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Original tags, labels and packaging must be intact
  • Item must be free from perfume, makeup, deodorant stains, pet hair
  • Proof of purchase / Order ID required

Non-Returnable: Sale items, innerwear, hijab caps, socks, customized / altered Abayas, items damaged by customer.

3. How To Initiate A Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at hello@alrubabfashion.com or WhatsApp 014-371 3417 with your Order ID, photo of item, and reason.
  2. We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
  3. Return Address: 332, Jalan Nilai 3/11, Nilai 3, 71800 Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia
  4. Customer bears return shipping cost unless item is defective / wrong item due to our error.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
For FPX / GrabPay / Bank Transfer orders, refund will be via bank transfer to your account. All refunds in MYR.

5. Exchanges

We offer one-time size exchange for same design within 7 days, subject to stock availability. Please contact us first before returning.

6. Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos/videos of parcel and item. We will cover return shipping and offer full refund or replacement.
